A streamlining of solutions and a ramp-up in power
DHL's challenge lay in the fact that it had numerous WMS systems deployed worldwide. Recognizing this, the company sought to streamline its solutions while simultaneously developing a "Group" team supported by the "Global" team.
The goal? To provide effective and close support for WMS projects across different sites. For DHL, the aim was, in particular, to be able to actively respond to new customers with a high level of functional coverage and strong responsiveness.

A robust and flexible CORE MODEL solution
SITACI, thanks to the flexibility of its EGO WMS solution and its methodological transfer, enabled DHL to implement a robust CORE MODEL solution . DHL also benefited from an autonomous and proactive team.
The main stages of the project
A site-by-site deployment
The project was carried out in several phases, starting with a proof of concept (POC) on 3 sites.
The EGO WMS solution was then more widely deployed site by site with the support of SITACI. This deployment subsequently led us to establish a complete, versatile, and autonomous in-house team dedicated to DHL.
