A rationalization of solutions and an increase in power
DHL's problem lay in the fact that it had numerous WMSs around the world. Based on this observation, the company wanted to initiate a rationalization of its solutions, while increasing the strength of a “Group” team supported by the “Global” team.
The goal? Effectively and closely support WMS projects at different sites. For DHL, the aim was in particular to be able to actively respond to new customers with a high level of functional coverage and strong responsiveness.

A robust and flexible CORE MODEL solution
SITACI, thanks to the flexibility of its WMS EGO solution, as well as its methodological transfer, allowed DHL to have a robust CORE MODEL solution . She was also able to benefit from an autonomous and proactive team.
The main stages of the project
A site-by-site deployment
The project took place in several phases starting with a POC on 3 sites.
The EGO WMS solution was then more widely deployed from site to site with the support of SITACI. This deployment then led us to set up a complete, versatile and autonomous internal team dedicated to DHL.
