As in any adventure, SITACI is above all men and women before being the publisher of the WMS EGO suite. Conviviality, open-mindedness, mutual assistance... Our team has in its DNA collaboration and cooperation not only with the client, but also internally.

Sharing a solid logistics culture, we are committed to growing together and communicating our vision of logistics. We do this communication not only with our customers, by passing on our recommendations and best practices, but also with the new Sitaciens who will continue to perpetuate this crazy adventure.

“Let's make your logistic better”… We also apply this promise internally. At SITACI, we understand that the collective takes precedence over individualities . Our entire team shares the ambition to always go further and surpass ourselves with and for our customers. But this ambition would not be possible without a stable and sustainable structure of our team.

As it grew, SITACI became more and more organized. Today, this operation results in the existence of 4 large interconnected departments :

  • Innovation, solutions and services (R&D),
  • Projects and Integration,
  • Customer account portfolio and management,
  • Support

This organization respects the life cycle of our customers and allows us to support them according to their journey. Furthermore, each department has business experts with extensive logistics experience and is completely autonomous to support our customers. With regard to the latter, this structuring allows us to understand and effectively resolve complex logistical issues by providing them with effective solutions.

Innovation, solutions and services department

At the heart of our WMS platform, the innovation, solutions and service department is the heart of EGO. Through his dynamism and expertise, he brings the WMS EGO adventure to life by bringing no less than 2 new versions per year . This multi-competent department is made up of several teams responsible for:

  • development,
  • Software quality,
  • Technical documentation,
  • IS and Data architecture

Their main mission? Bring the EGO RoadMap to life by feeding it with customer requests, but also with the latest innovations and technologies. This RoadMap comes to life thanks to them as part of a rigorous Change Control management process .

Thanks to these teams and their work, the EGO WMS is experiencing significant dynamism and is evolving with a version upgrade approximately every 6 months , guaranteeing our customers reliable software at the cutting edge of innovation .

Projects and integration department

At the heart of the integration of our solutions with our clients, the project and integration department is the combination of numerous skills : logistics, technology, training, change management, equipment, etc.

Made up of MOA/MOE project managers, recipe managers, trainers, developers as well as infrastructure managers, the project department supports nearly 20 new clients per year and makes it possible to carry out no less than 2 start-ups each month.

Equipped with professional tools and relying on a robust and proven methodology, the projects department ensures at all times the success and proper conduct of projects by managing them both externally and internally. The quality of team synchronization combined with our anticipation of files allows us to make the right decisions at any time to best support our clients.

Fleet and customer account management department

Maintenance is a central element for SITACI and is made up of a multi-faceted fleet team with:

  • Business / Logistics teams in charge of leading progress plans and supporting our customers,
  • The technical support team made up of EGO technicians but also developers,
  • Project managers in charge of version upgrades for our SaaS clients.

Thanks to them, SITACI is able to intervene on 3 types of maintenance for the EGO WMS:

  • maintenance , the objective of which is to correct incidents affecting all WMS applications,
  • Preventive maintenance which aims to improve the efficiency and robustness of our WMS solution,
  • Evolutionary maintenance which focuses on improving customer performance through new modules for EGO or training.

Support department

It is a multidisciplinary department serving the 3 previous departments . Based on a dynamic team with expertise in its field, it includes, among others, the following services: Prospecting and sales, Human resources, Management control and accounting, Marketing and Communication.

The range of skills addressed allows the support department teams to effectively support other departments, while anticipating the challenges linked to the transformation and growth of SITACI.
