As with any venture, SITACI is first and foremost about the men and women who work here, before it's the publisher of the EGO WMS suite. Friendliness, open-mindedness, mutual support… Our team has collaboration and cooperation , not only with the client, but also internally.
Sharing a strong logistics culture, we are committed to growing together and communicating our vision of logistics. We do this not only with our clients, by sharing our recommendations and best practices, but also with new Sitacians who will continue this exciting adventure.

“Let’s make your logistics better”… We also apply this promise internally. At SITACI, we understand that the collective is more important than the individual . Our entire team shares the ambition to always go further and surpass ourselves with and for our clients. But this ambition would not be possible without a stable and sustainable team structure.
As it grew, SITACI became increasingly organized. Today, this structure is reflected in the existence of 4 major interconnected departments :
- Innovation, solutions and services (R&D),
- Projects and Integration,
- Fleet and customer account management,
- Support
This organization respects our clients' lifecycle and allows us to support them according to their journey. Furthermore, each department has subject matter experts with extensive logistics experience and is completely autonomous in supporting our clients. This structure enables us to understand and effectively resolve complex logistics challenges by providing them with efficient solutions.
Innovation, Solutions and Services Department
At the heart of our WMS platform, the Innovation, Solutions, and Service department is the driving force behind EGO. Through its dynamism and expertise, it keeps the EGO WMS adventure alive by delivering no fewer than two new versions per year . This multi-skilled department comprises several teams responsible for:
- Development,
- Software quality,
- The technical documentation,
- IT and Data Architecture
Their main mission? To bring the EGO Roadmap to life by incorporating customer requests, as well as the latest innovations and technologies. This Roadmap comes to life thanks to them, within the framework of a rigorous Change Control management process.
Thanks to these teams and their work, the EGO WMS is experiencing significant growth and is evolving with a version upgrade approximately every 6 months , guaranteeing our customers reliable and cutting-edge .
Projects and Integration Department
At the heart of integrating our solutions for our clients, the project and integration department combines numerous skills : logistics, technical expertise, training, change management, equipment…
Composed of project managers (MOA/MOE), test managers, trainers, developers, and infrastructure managers, the project department supports nearly 20 new clients per year and enables no less than 2 launches each month.
Equipped with industry-specific tools and relying on a robust and proven methodology, the projects department ensures the success and smooth execution of projects at every stage, managing them both externally and internally. The quality of team coordination, combined with our proactive approach to projects, allows us to make the right decisions at any time to best support our clients.
Parks Department and Customer Account Management
Maintenance is a central element for SITACI and is comprised of a multifaceted Fleet team including:
- Business/Logistics teams responsible for leading improvement plans and supporting our clients,
- The technical support team, composed of EGO technicians as well as developers,
- Project managers in charge of version upgrades for our SaaS clients.
Thanks to them, SITACI is able to intervene on 3 types of maintenance for the EGO WMS:
- maintenance , the objective of which is to correct incidents affecting all WMS applications,
- Preventive maintenance , which aims to improve the efficiency and robustness of our WMS solution,
- Evolutionary maintenance that focuses on improving customer performance through new modules for EGO or training.
Support Department
It is a multidisciplinary department serving the 3 previous departments . Based on a dynamic team of experts in its field, it integrates among others the following services: Prospecting and sales, Human resources, Management control and accounting, Marketing and Communication.
The range of skills addressed allows the teams in the support department to effectively support other departments, while anticipating the challenges related to the transformation and growth of SITACI.
