Optimizing logistics and preparing for the future
Following its merger with Yakarouler in September 2023, Carter-Cash sought to optimize its e-commerce operations by deploying an efficient web platform that would also serve as a relay for the group. The solution implemented was therefore developed according to specific needs, focusing exclusively on cross-docking.
Through its WMS project, Carter-Cash aimed to optimize its logistics and prepare for the future of the group's information system. It was within this framework that the EGO WMS project was born. SITACI was thus entrusted with the mission of integrating with the group's future information system and deploying, on Carter-Cash's logistics platform, the new logistics processes essential for streamlining and optimizing tasks.

From advice to implementation
As part of Carter-Cash's WMS project, the first step for SITACI was a consulting phase initiated by OGE Consulting. This phase notably allowed them to lay the groundwork for the structural definition of the logistics platform . Thanks to this, SITACI was then able to establish the future physical layout and the necessary reorganizations.

Carter-Cash's WMS journey began with two strategic missions before the official launch of the WMS EGO project. The latter was perfectly integrated with the group project , while also being synchronized in terms of its launch timeline.
