Optimize logistics and prepare for the future
Following its merger with the company Yakarouler in September 2023, Carter-Cash wanted to optimize its e-commerce activity by deploying an efficient web platform that acts as a relay to the group. The solution in place was therefore developed according to specific needs, exclusively covering the subject of cross-docking.
Through its WMS project, Carter-Cash aspired to optimize its logistics, but also to prepare the future of the group's information system. It is in this context that the WMS EGO project was born. Thus, SITACI was entrusted with the mission of integrating with the group's future information system and deploying, on the Carter-Cash logistics platform, the new logistics processes essential for the rationalization and optimization of tasks.
Our response
From advice to implementation
As part of the Carter-Cash WMS project, the first step for SITACI was a consulting phase initiated by the OGE Consulting entity. This step notably made it possible to lay the foundations for the structural definition of the logistics platform . Thanks to this, SITACI was then able to establish future physical arrangements, as well as the necessary reorganizations.
