A dedicated team to support the group's WMS projects
Having started an external growth strategy, the group wanted to initiate a global harmonization of its information system in order to better manage the entity and support each site.
The WMS EGO platform is already present in 2 companies of the group, Alliance Marine has decided to include SITACI in this global consultation of European dimension. The aim here was to be able to provide each entity of the group with a flexible, flexible and responsive CORE MODEL solution . Thus, Alliance Marine has decided to build up a “Group team”, supported by the group, in order to be able to effectively and closely support the WMS projects of the different entities.
For Alliance Marine, the goal was to be able to respond to the group's new entities with a high level of functional coverage and strong responsiveness.

A step-by-step deployment of the EGO WMS
The project took place over several phases, starting with a POC on one site, before being more widely deployed with the support of SITACI.
Subsequently, a complete, versatile and autonomous team was created at Alliance Marine to support the WMS projects of all the group's entities.
