You only pay for what you consume

New clients, new sites, increased or decreased activity, new business needs… Your logistics evolve over time, and so does the EGO WMS fee.
The principle is simple : You start with what you need and you scale the tool at the same pace as your business. Therefore, your EGO WMS fee will increase or decrease, with the tools at your disposal to manage your technology consumption.

Your monthly fee in 3 steps

① Access : the number of people connected to EGO at the same time.

+ ② The functional part : the features, the connections to your software and equipment, and the carrier modules that you use on a daily basis.

+ ③ Security : the level of availability and service commitment adapted to your business.

= Your monthly fee, which changes with your activity.

Access: payment based on the number of connections

Each employee, including temporary workers, can have their own EGO ID. What matters for your fee is the maximum number of people connected at the same time (also referred to as simultaneous users).

Example: 45 operators divided into 3 teams means approximately 15 people connected at the same time, therefore approximately 15 accesses, not 45.

Tip : Remember to count shift changes between teams and office positions (reception, planning, customer service).

Access packages that adapt to you

The larger your business grows, the lower your cost per access becomes. Pricing decreases based on the number of packages purchased.

All the features of the EGO WMS solution are accessible in your test environment. Your teams can therefore try them out on your own workflows, configure them, and validate their usefulness. Only the features activated in production will be billed.

Robotics, mechanization, marketplaces, terminals, ERP, … You activate the infrastructure and IT connectors that each site needs, and you add more as your fleet evolves.

Transport modules: a fixed cost, no surprises

Each activated carrier represents a fixed cost. You know exactly what adding a new carrier costs, regardless of your shipping volume.

Billing per site

Each warehouse has its own flows, and therefore its own perimeter. Features, modules, and connectors are activated and billed per site : Your e-commerce platform doesn't have to pay for the production module of your industrial site, and your small regional warehouse doesn't have to pay for the robotic connection of your main site.

Security: clear service commitments, written in black and white

Securing the EGO WMS platform is central to your subscription fee. Therefore, a basic level of security is included in every contract. Depending on your business and needs, two higher levels, Silver and Gold, are also available as options.

For each of these levels, security options are available à la carte for the themes of SLA, data management and intervention time slot.

What is the price of the WMS EGO?

The cost depends on the number of people connected simultaneously, the features used on each site, and the chosen security level. We will estimate it with you, based on your traffic.

Is the implementation of the WMS included in the fee?

No. The implementation project (configuration, interfaces, data migration, training, and startup) is priced separately, after an analysis of your needs. Our approach is based on a fixed price, which allows us to provide you with a clear vision so you can move forward with confidence

Are the updates free?

No. New versions and maintenance are included.

Can I add access during a peak in activity?

Yes, users are automatically counted and billed retroactively. If activity subsequently decreases, the fee will automatically decrease.

Can I test a module before paying for it?

Yes. All modules are available in your trial environment.

Will we be dependent on SITACI to develop our flows?

No. Your teams are trained to configure EGO themselves. We remain available to advise and support you.

Will the WMS change disrupt our customers or our production?

The deployment is done in stages, site by site, without abrupt switchovers.

Does EGO connect to our ERP and equipment?

Yes: ERP, MES, planning software, e-commerce, carriers and automated equipment.
